YES! We provide our own cleaning supplies, unless you have a specific want, then you can provide that supply.

Do I need to tidy up before cleaners arrive?

Light tidying helps us focus on the important stuff! This may include laundry, cords, and anything else like that!

How long does a cleaning take?

It depends on the services and the size of the house! We may be able to give you a time estimate beforehand.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

This is totally up to you! If you want to be home, you can, but if you want or need to do other things, you are free to leave the house during a clean.

What happens if I need to reschedule a cleaning?

It’s easy. Just give us a call at (517) 489-1619 or send us an email at info@cleanslategr.net with preferably 24 hour notice. Also please take into consideration that at times due to bad weather, sickness or holidays, we might ask you to work with us on rescheduling your cleaning.

 

What should I do with my pets?

You do what you want! We love pets and have many of our own!
